Pad Printing:
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer ink from an etched image onto a part. It can provide very durable, multi-color, detailed printing on curved, lightly textured, irregular or complex surfaces that cannot be screen-printed.
Our pad print facility features many different makes and models of modern equipment, including Transtech 5-color carousels, high-precision Swiss Microprint machines, a large Combi 120mm printer, and an Imtran 200. This machinery selection gives us excellent flexibility and allows us to offer quality multi-color prints across a wide spectrum of volumes.
We produce all our fixtures, clichés, film negatives, and base artwork in house, eliminating costly and time consuming outside contract work.
Pad printing is a well-established technology and its proven utility makes it a valuable staple of our offerings.
